Q.Does Alldomains offer Hosting currently within the Reseller program?

A.Alldomains does not offer 'web-hosting', however we do offer several other services that will assist you and your client connecting their domain to their website if you do now have your own hosting service. Please ask your Reseller Representative for more information.

Q.What is the difference between a Co-Merchant, and Custom Co-Merchant package?

A.A Co-Merchant is a complete "hands off" solution. That is completely managed by you. The Custom Co-Merchant is more manageable as we provide more support and more "customization" to the account. Requirements are stricter to be eligible for the Custom Co-Merchant program. Ask your Reseller Representative for more details.

Q.How does commission get paid to our Resellers?

A.Commission is paid out on a quarterly basis to all Co-Merchant Reseller accounts.

Q.How do I change the prices of the domains that I am offering?

A.Your pricing schedule is determined at the time your contract is setup. If you wish to re-negotiate your pricing, please contact your Reseller Representative.

Q.Does Alldomains offer an API?

A. Alldomains does offer an API form that can be integrated into your current website. This interface is available with our Channel Partner Membership.

Q.How do I modify my default name server (DNS) information?

A.Normal management of the domains in your reseller account can be controlled through your login at our management interface: https://retail.markmonitor.com. To update your default information that gets placed on new registrations, please contact your reseller representative to update that for you.

Q.What domains can I offer on my Reseller interface?

A.Currently the extensions offered for our Reseller programs are as follows: (.com, .net, .org, .biz, .cc, .com.cn, .net.cn, .org.cn, .co.uk, .info, and .us) We will be adding more in the future such as .jp, .ac, .sh, etc.

Q.What Payment methods does Alldomains accept?

A.Alldomains accepts payment with with the following methods: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Check, Wire, or Money Order.

Q.I have lost my Reseller admin password. How can I get that sent to me?

A. Contact one of our Customer Service Representatives and we will be happy to help you recover your account information.

Q.One of our Transfers failed. What do we need to do?

A.There are several reasons why a transfer can fail. The most common is that the ADMIN contact of the domain has not authorized the transfer away from their current registrar. You may contact our Customer Service Department for more assistance on resolving that issue.

Q.How long until a newly registered domain name can be seen or used?

A.All registrations are done in real-time and can generally be used within 24 hours after registration.

Q.How do I contact Alldomains directly?

A.You can locate the department you need from our contacts page at: http://www.alldomains.com/about/contact.html

Q.Does my information on my domain name have to be public?

A.ICANN requires that each domain name have valid contact information available in the 'whois' database. This is a global policy and must be followed. Domains have have false information are removed from our active database.

Q.Who will be listed as the registrar on any domain name registered?

A.Alldomains will be listed as the Registrar of all domains registered.

Q.Who will handle the billing of the end-user?

A.That is dependent on the reseller package that you choose. If you choose our Co-Merchant, or Custom Co-Merchant package, all billing is done through us directly. If you choose one of the other services such as STANDARD, than you will bill your client, and we bill you.

Q.What is your pricing structure for your Resellers?

A.The pricing structure for our resellers is dependent on their estimated monthly volume. The higher the volume, the lower the price.

Q.I'm a reseller, where do I go to register domains?

A.You can register your domain using DCART shopping system: http://dcart.alldomains.com (Be sure to use the username/password to your reseller account to obtain your reseller pricing)

Q.Where do I manage my account if I am a Co-Merchant?

A.You can manage your Co-Merchant account from the following link: http://manage.alldomains.com. This works for Co-Merchants only.

Q.How can I become a Reseller?

A.Simply send an email to reseller@alldomains.com and we will negotiate a package to get your started on registering domains.
